Welcome to The Shadowline, an online magazine for the community of Tad Williams' Shadowmarch. We will have book, movie, game and music reviews in the Reviews section. Interviews with member of the Shadowmarch community in the Interviews section. Artwork, submitted by readers in the Art section, articles on a wide variety of subjects in the Articles section as well as poetry written by members of the Shadowmarch community located in the Poetry section

The lovely picture of the Wyvern on our cover page was submitted by the talented David Deen.

News:

In the beginning, Tad created Shadowmarch. Since then a lot has happened. Tad wrote some more episodes for Shadowmarch and created the Quiller's Mint and the Neighborhood. Then he wrote more episodes.

In the few months since Shadowmarch came into being we have had successful collaborative writing efforts, gained well over a thousand members and gone through over a room per day in the Quiller's Mint. We've seen new art in the Gallery, had a Mantis induction ceremony and dealt with Tad's Pole Fiasco. In essence, we have become a community. That is what brings us to The Shadowline. This is a place for our community to come together and contribute to our own e-zine. It will grow and evolve, becoming a reflection of the community.

Enjoy!

The Contest

There isn't any prize. No! Keep reading. You'll gain glory and prestige. And all you have to do is come up with a motto for our 'zine. See the little box underneath the title banner? It's quite blank now, but with your help we can fill it! As this edition comes online, a new thread in the forum will be opened for suggestions and votes.
